I can't rightly answer your questions.
I know a number of people on the mailing list use Arch
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/OpenChange_Server
I used information on the Arch Wiki to help me complete my Ubuntu build.
There are also some who used CentOS successfully, so it's really a
matter of choice.

Hi Steve,
In our company we have samba4 as AD , my goal was to build an
opensource solution for ms exchange with EWS Support with
Sogo+Samba4+Openchange.
But for EWS (Exchange Webservices) you need OCSMANAGER & RPCPROXY.
These Packages arent avaible unter debian-based Distribution over the
inverse repo:

"Note Debian-based distributions are not supported anymore for
OCSManager/rpcproxy. Support will soon resume."
I asked a lot of times concerning recommended Distribution, i get no
answer in the Mailist.
Do you know something about the future of EWS-Support?
What exactly do you have running? and is it in production use?
