Hi Andreas.

I hope you get the message that I'm responding because I sent it
yesterday and it seems that has not yet been published.

To verify if the problem of ActiveSync to synchronizing emails has to do
with the capabilities of MailEnable IMAP server, I made a test setting
another instance of SOGo pointing to a Cyrus IMAP server (which has
enabled these capabilities).

Here again I see empty folders in Outlook 2013. However the difference
is that I see in the SOGo log other entries not previously seen with
MailEnable server:

I get the feeling that at least now SOGo sees the emails but for some
reason related with its contents, SOGo can not display these.

By the way, I've copied the "Note: no key found for sorting" and "Change
detected, we push the content" messages that now I am also getting (and
you showed me when synchronizing your Android). Even so the
synchronization of calendar and address book runs smoothly.

Update:

For some reason it seems that is now working without having made any
changes to the settings on the previous situation. In fact I tried
sending an email from the ActiveSync account and I had no problem with that.

What is somewhat annoying is to see on the email server log that every 8
seconds there is an access to all the IMAP folders. There will be some
way to change this behavior from Outlook?

Thanks.

Best regards,
Daniel
