[SOGo] Thunderbird extension

Thunderbird is now on version 38.2.0, and the sogo extension download page
says it supports v31 as of January 2015. Are there plans to continue
developing extensions for it? I tried using the sogo extension to sync my
CardDAV address book, but it currently does nothing.
