Works for me. Configuration: Windows 7 64bit Thunderbird 38.2.0 Lightning 4.0.2 Inverse SOGo Connector 31.0.1 Fastmail Enhanced IMAP/SMTP/CalDAV/CardDAV account
I do have some trouble with CalDAV (Lightning regularly sets the Fastmail calendar to disabled and readonly after waking from hibernation) but CardDAV works fine.
