Ian, thank you for reminding me about this issue. I found out, that the sogo db user had rights to create, delete, etc., but not to drop!

Now tables are deleted in the database and I guess I will have to filter and drop those orphaned ones myself.

Try running:

    sogo-tool remove <username>

I believe that should tidy them up.  Obviously take a backup of your
SOGo database first if there is any chance that you will ever need the
data relating to that user!
