Hello

Not everyone needs multiple accounts.
The hosts file is easily changeable for single users needing this
feature, and you can have as many as you need instantly.

But of course you could add a bunch of standard CNAME records to your
DNS for simplicity.

I would not use A-records, because you need additional SSL certificates
and nginx configs.
With CNAME-records, this is a nobrainer.
