We have the same problem. We have a lot of scripts using sogo-tool to manipulate vacations messages, sieve filters etc and they all do not work anymore.
Errors look like this: sogo-tool: Uncaught exception NSInvalidArgumentException, reason: -[SOGoMailAccount updateFiltersWithUsername:andPassword:]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0x249f9c0 when we try to install a default sieve script.
