Have never seen this before. What I have seen is, that a user accidentially double clicked an email folder and renamed it. As those users have non english languages set, their INBOX get displayed with a localized name. Therefore they rename it to that name (in my example "Posteingang"). As INBOX gets created automatically by IMAP server, they now have an empty INBOX displayed as "Posteingang" in SOGo and a normal folder named "Posteingang" containing their old INBOX emails. If that is not what you see, as it only happens for one user, I would check her browser. A) Try a complete reload by cleaning caches (in Firefox <Shift> + <Ctrl> + R). B) Any Add-Ons active? Try to start Browser without Add-Ons, or use another clean browser.
