Based on your description, I'm not quite sure what you are trying to
accomplish.  Where is the mail coming from and how is it being read?

SpamAssassin is usually installed on a mail server to filter the mail
passing through the server.  It can also be used with a pop3 proxy to
filter mail being downloaded to a mail client such as Outlook
Express.  If you are reading your mail directly from yahoo, hotmail,
etc, then the mail never passes through a point where it could be
filtered.

Give us a better description of your situation and we can give a more
definite answer.
