Do you mean have it learn on my "Sent folder" list?
Would it help that much though since the sender is always me and will be lacking all the Received markers that incoming mail normally has?

Effectively, there's already a way to do that... use Bayes to learn those mails as ham! It works very effectively for that purpose.
