Sorry I missed this last year! As I just wrote, I do a lot of this in 
MIMEDefang and will definitely take a look.  You should consider an ICLA 
for Apache https://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.pdf and perhaps we can 
put it in the core?

Might be good to have the two looked at for merger.
