Is every email that comes from googleusercontent.com, spam?

It seems like every email that we receive from bc.googleusercontent.com 
is spam.   Most of them hit at least one RBL.  But occasionally one gets 
through.  About 50 out of 1000, in the last month.

Is it relatively safe to mark them all as spam?  Thanks. - Mark
