Would be good to update, even if you are only a little behind.
Would be good to rescore with -t so you see all those scores.
I see spam with MSPIKE_Hn for values of n like 2 pretty often, but the
scores were small.
I would say it's not normal for 5/WL to be sending spam. My standard
advice
- File a complaint with MSPIKE, whoever they are. See how that goes.
See who else comments about MSPIKE. Report back. This could lead
to removing them from the default rules, if they're super bad, or
who knows what else. But you have to complain. Any list can have a
problem, and if it's fixed fast, then that's the best we can hope
for.
- adjust your scores to give less of a negative-point score for
MSPIKE, as clearly MSPIKE-listed IP addresses are spamming you.
