it is currently part of redirector list detected by Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::Redirector since some months. https://github.com/apache/spamassassin/blob/26f40c69eca7f6d12b6de1b7774f5d6057de7bb5/rules/25_url_redirectors.cf#L122 If current code doesn't detect it I would see a sample email in private.
