No.
The machine handling rule QA, including both uploads and the website,
has been under a very heavy DDoS and in the past few days it has been
particularly bad, as the DDoS has broken my capacity to combat it.
There's an open ticket with ASF Infra to assist, but I don't expect this
to be fully solved soon.
