If you get a spam that has a link to a page for opting out, opt-out a spamtrap :) Also look for invalid local addresses that get rejected. If they will never match your naming scheme (ie, I know for one mail server I run that all accounts will be first initial last name) for accounts, then turn that address into a spamtrap, or an account that feeds to a spamtrap account (rewrite).
