Geeze. You should NOT do this! BAYES_40 is a very slight sign for *ham*. 
You corrupt your Bayes db with such a value!

If you don't expect Mail from Mexiko, simply put mx in your MTA's access 
database.
If it's always the same TLD or only a few variations use a body rule.
Or use an RBL, two of the RBLs we use would have blocked this message at 
MTA level.
