That's irrelevant. most spam comes from the us. if country blocking was the right approach, the first candidate isn't mexico, but the us. That will reduce the spam rate significantly. but that would also be just unreasonable... (almost as unreasonable as not using internet mail at all).

I have rule that checks for that type of domain and gives the email 5 points for it.


you'll end up boycotting the whole world, in which case, that would be self-boycott. it may be acceptable in your network, but that's hardly a good advice for general use.
