That's pretty much the gist of his posts on razor-users from a while back,
although there was one more caveat, high usage. That's where the vagueness comes
in, as it's up to cloudmark to decide what amount of usage is "too much" for 
free.

But that's where asking the source comes in...

Agreed. I intended to add that same suggestion to my post but forgot to do so
