Here too, I have about 150 since 1st of August when
this 'series' seems to have begun. And already users
begin to complain about 'too many of those'...

where 'shortlived name' came in once or twice per name,
'key' seems random, and 'value' is the only 'readable text'
of the mail containing mixtures of '_' or '.' or ' ' between
words which contain 'doubled character obfuscations'.

Not yet, because it seems 'too variable' to be caught by
simple rules. (But who ever would 'click' on such nonsense?)
