Note that it is only required for Mail::DomainKeys 0.80 due to an API
change. The previous version of Mail::DomainKeys (0.23), works fine
without the patch.
Also note that support for both Mail::DomainKeys 0.23 and 0.80 is
included in SpamAssassin 3.1.1, a recommended upgrade.
