This looks like legitimate mail that was sent to the wrong address.
Unless, of course, your name and address was added to the list
regarding this class-action.
It happens sometimes. It's just that we've become overly suspicious
of all the email we get, sometimes we forget that honest mistakes
sometimes happen.
