Hi friends, I just wanted to know whether increasing the score will lead to false positives or not. As I am a new bee to SA, I don't have much idea about it.

All you need to do is add the line into your local.cf score MSGID_SPAM_LETTERS X.X (X.X is the score, for example 3.0 if you want 3 points added, 2.4 if you want 2.4 points added... etc etc).
