Was a bug.. (fixed now) .  Look for
/usr/local/etc/mail/spamassassin/v320.pre

Find the RulesX  line, uncomment it, restart spamd.

Also, you do have re2c version .12.0 or better, right?

pkg_info -cQ 're2c=>0.12.0'
