That's a significant amount of spam. If he won't help you, there isn't much you can do.
SpamAssassin only runs tests to determine whether the emails are spammy or not. It cannot stop them. Your administrator may be able to configure the filter which interacts with SpamAssassin to reject the emails instead of tagging the subject line and delivering the email to you.
