What precisely do you mean when you say "SpamAssassin public corpus"? If you mean spam and ham corpus mailboxes that people are using to feed to sa-learn or the SA score-generating tool, then you will probably get much better results asking on an Outlook or Outlook Express forum or doing google searches for utilities to import Berkeley-format or MBOX-format mailboxes into Outlook or OE. The format of the mailbox file that a corpus is stored in is standard and is not controlled by SA, so asking here isn't really appropriate or too likely to get you useful help.
