This is something that is probably so simple, but I'm tearing my hair out
trying to find how to do it.

At present I have a header line added as X-Spam-Flag: YES where SA has
scored over the threshold.

I want this in upper case as X-SPAM-FLAG: YES, rather than lower case
X-Spam-Flag: YES

The reason is to do with forwarding mail onto AOL via our mail servers. When
a client has an alias/forwarder set up all mail goes through to his AOL
account. If he then hits 'This is Spam' in his AOL account AOL identify the
last mail server (Ours) as the source of the spam towards their blocking
thresholds.

The way round this is to identify the email as spam to AOL so they can then
filter into the users Junk Email at their end. Their spec is to add this
header but in CAPS. AT present we still see Feedback Loop reports and I
guess it's due to the fact we are not all upper case as they specify.
