no, don't add them all. you need to read their description and you'll
see that some are safer than others. it really depends on your mail.
I personally stopped using them (don't hit much here, probably because
most junk is rejected by postfix) except:
90_2tld_cf_sare_sa-update_dostech_net.cf
which you should use for URIBL.
