It appears I do not have that installed either, the first check I did, which was to grep the spamassassin directories (/etc/mail/spamassassin/* and /usr/share/spamassassin/*) for 'use_bayes' come up empty. So far in my reading of the two pages the link above leads to, I am not seeing the actual name of the file this config option is to be entered in.
