Nothing wrong with the way this list is setup apart from it uses qmail,
but we wont go into that :)

by "ISP" we of course mean the company you receive mail through, not the
company you are connecting through, unless you are using address hosted in
the same company.

Actually, if he is a connection customer of foobar.com, he should use foobar.coms SMTP server as his smarthost, as they will allow their customers to relay through them, that way most servers will only care about mail.foobar.com
