The tool is named check-whitelist. There's been talk of changing AWL stuff to not reference the word "whitelist", but AFAIK, this hasn't even been done in the unreleased 3.3 code. Regardless, you can fetch check_whitelist from SVN: http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/spamassassin/branches/3.2/tools/
