If this is unrelated, why did you post this using the same Subject?

Anyway, you said  (a) the messages in question are outbound, and
(b) you were under the impression outbound mail would never be scanned
by SA.

The latter assumption is false. Fix your mail processing chain to not
scan outbound mail as you expect and want it to. That *will* fix your
problem with outbound mail to the blackberries.
