add them to the RFCI rhs rbl.

www.rfc-ignorant.org.  might not help too much,  but might help some.
make sure you use spamassassin to report them to dcc,razor,spamcop also. sooner or later, the points add up and you and others would stop getting spam, or web ex will stop doing business with spammers.
