you should use
90_2tld_cf_sare_sa-update_dostech_net
to avoid querying uribl for domains that will never be listed.
other than that, I have stopped using the other rules after noticing
that they bring nothing to my setup. now, my mail flow isn't yours and
vice versa. so check for yourself.
