Subject: RE: 柯小柯
Can't you give the RE: etc. a break?
And also why is the Chinese considered CAPS?

Category: Lu (Letter, Uppercase)
Category: Ll (Letter, Lowercase)
Category: Lo (Letter, Other)
Sure I can customize this rule for just me, but I think it should be
fixed for everybody.
