This is spamassassin 3.3.1 in ubuntu 10.04 LTS if it matters.
And I have a few quick questions:

      1) Yesterday I got a lot of messages about non-existent rules:

Jun 1 09:49:23.063 [1730] dbg: config: warning: score set for

I take that the last time the spamassassin daily cronjob (this is
ubuntu) was run, sa-update deleted a lot of rules but their score
entries in 20_mailspike.cf, 72_scores.cf, and 50_scores.cf were not
removed. Is my assumption correct?

      2) I am also seeing a few messages about fixing relative paths:

Jun 1 09:49:23.032 [1730] dbg: config: fixed relative path:
/var/lib/spamassassin/3.003001/updates_spamassassin_org/72_scores.cf
Jun 1 09:49:23.032 [1730] dbg: config: using
"/var/lib/spamassassin/3.003001/updates_spamassassin_org/72_scores.cf"
for included file
Jun 1 09:49:23.033 [1730] dbg: config: read file
/var/lib/spamassassin/3.003001/updates_spamassassin_org/72_scores.cf

I understand they are not really important messages (only --lint --D
can show them), but why does the relative path need to be fixed in the
first place?

      3) Do these lines mean the newer file is not a replacement for
the older ones?
