perldoc Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf see trusted_networks and internal_networks, default is 127.0.0.1, is you server on ipv6 ?, its your responsely to add all your wan ips to this settings
to avoid me from post your sender email address use a real name in you email client
--senders that put my email into body content will deliver it to my own trashcan, so if you like to get reply, dont do it
