The usefulness of RP_MATCHES_RCVD is currently under discussion. I
suggest to zero out that rule, or assign it a negative zero.
Ok, thanks. We'd already reduced its value recently after finding it
mostly useless:
score RP_MATCHES_RCVD -0.8 -0.8 -0.8 -0.8
so I'll update that to -0
