163.com is a HUGE chinese freemailer.
if you don't expect to do biz in China or have chinese friends,
blocking at smtp level should not be a problem.
@Home I've blocked most these chinese freemailer domains including
126.com
139.com
163.com
188.com
189.cn
vip.163.com
vip.188.com
vip.qq.com
vip.sina.com
vip.sohu.com
vip.sohu.net
vip.tom.com
vipsohu.net
sohu.com
sina.com
etc, etc...
