did i say delete /var/lib/spamassassin/* ?
you possible have more then one sa installed, or updated to 3.x.x from
cpan without make it into a rpm package first
note the above dir is part of 3.2.5 rpm file, so remove this rpm version
first
in 3.x.x one must use sa-update to get the rules files

this version does not exists any more, since you cant download 3.2.5
from spamassassin.apache.org

and show results here after you rpm removed 3.2.5
