Bayesian token systems are probably the basis for quite a number of
master and doctoral level thesiseseses (whatever the plural of thesis).
Understanding the code has less to do with the issue as real-world
research does.
People who have done some interesting things with Bayes that I've seen
mentioned and I would pay attention to: David Skoll aka DFS, Alex
Broens aka AXB and Reindl.
And I've heard arguments for and against removing the poisoning
information. YMMV.
