custom rule based on score of other rule(s)

Hi,

is it possible to create custom rules based in the score of other 
rule(s)?

for example:
  TEST1 finished with a score of 1.24, TEST2 finished with a score of 
0.8.
  Now we create a meta test which is only matching if TEST1+TEST2>2.0
  and then gives additional 2 Points.
