I don't use SVNParentPath and haven't tried this, but perhaps add "SVNListParentPath on" right after "*SVNParentPath /data/svn"? See the "Listing repositories" section of http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/en/svn.serverconfig.httpd.html
