Those will be preserved, as will be the UUID of your repository, unless your target repo is not empty. What is not preserved is the configuration area and hook scripts, but you can simply copy them over.
Now svn dump and load offer some flexibility. And my server has 32GB Memory and 16 Cores.Now, in order to optimize the migration process would it be worth to split the dump into multiple dumps?
I don't think so. The point is that the bottleneck is probably the channel connecting your computer to its hard disk(s). There, it would be worth using one hard disk to read from and another to write to, via different interfaces, of course.
