I did not find any method in javahl. Did I missed it?
Could I write the JNDI-Binding myself?
Or do I have to use phyton?

svnlook just wraps the svn_fs/svn_repos APIs, which do have bindings:

    % python2
    >>> from svn.fs import * 
    >>> from svn.repos import * 
    >>> fs = svn_repos_fs(svn_repos_open("/tmp/r"))
    >>> svn_fs_youngest_rev(fs)
    0L

(The repository was empty, i.e., zero revisions.)
