You're using the wrong password for 'csvn' for the Subversion server. Not your Windows password. These appear to be in different authentication realms. The thing that's asking you for the password for 'csvn' is the Apache server that it the front-end for Subversion. Subversion itself does not do authentication in this configuration. -- Brane
