I've switched a big project (at least for my experience, 49 DB tables with 122 pages) to 5.1.0.2 from 5.0.18 and the only thing I've had to do was to switch to ValueEncoder in some cases. All it takes was 2 hours comprehending running tests and a complete run of all features.
