I just did a very, very quick review of the code for the demo. Overall I think this is a great thing, and it has just enough complexity to be interesting without being so involved that people can't grasp it.
That being said I have a few critiques (I've added a more detailed checklist of issues to the GitHub issues). As a demo, the code should be as clean and simple as possible. I'm concerned that the conversation system is overkill, and I saw a few other areas where things could be simplified.
