Thank you all, the problem is solved. I am using RunJettyRun now and together with the settings that Kalle and Thiago posted, it works like a charm.
The authors of RunJettyRun "strongly recommand" on their project page to use DCEVM hot-deploy feature to work with RJR, it's really faster and faster". I will definetly give that a try as well, because that sounds like JRebel for free.
