It means that it is a bug, not an enhancement or some other kind of task,
not necessarily found in 5.3.5 and was fixed in that release.

Are the listed bugs in a previous release fixed (which are also listed as
bug) fixes in the successor release note?
Your question is quite confusing. If a bug was fixed in a release, the
releases after that contain the fix.
Q4:
What does Task mean? That still is under development in the release?
No. Something that isn't a bug. A new feature could be a task.
